Audama Software's products are available to download and try for free for 30 days. If you wish to use the software beyond the evaluation period, all you need to do is purchase a registration code. Once the registration code is entered into the program, the software will be unlocked and can be used as long as needed. No need to reinstall any new software.

Evaluation period extensions:

Although the default evaluation period is 30 days from the time the software is installed, if more time is needed, send an E-mail to Audama Software Sales and a special registration code can be provided (at our discretion) to extend the evaluation period.

Purchase:

Purchases can be made via the following methods: Online, Fax, Phone, Purchase Order, Check/Money Order, and Wire Transfer. (Note: Purchase methods, other than online, may have an additional small processing fee.) All purchases are handled securely through FastSpring.com. Nonprofit/Educational Discounts:

Nonprofit and educational institutions are eligible for a 25% discount on all purchases. If you qualify, send an email request to Audama Software Sales requesting a special coupon code prior to making the purchase.

The Business OpsCenter is licensed based on the total number of employees added to the system's database, not the number of computers the program is installed on. The licenses can be purchased in the following bundles. You will receive one registration code per license bundle:

Licenses are stackable so you only need to buy the number of licenses that are needed now. You can always purchase additional licenses later and add them to your original license count. OpsCenter currently only supports up to 100 users no matter how many user licenses are purchased.

When you receive the purchased registration code, you will need to enter it into OpsCenter in order for it to be registered. The code only needs to be entered on one computer. The registration status will then immediately be applied to existing or future clients that connect to the registered database.

Personnel Folders is licensed based on the total number of computers the software is installed on, not the number of employees being managed. The licenses can be purchased based on the following price scale:
