The Schedule Aliases window provides the administrator with the opportunity to define schedule aliases that are available to all users. Out-of-Office and PTO schedules have a field to set an alias. These aliases provide a way of distinguishing between various types of out-of-office and PTO events. The out-of-office and PTO schedules will also show up on the vacation calendar color-coded according to the schedule alias. To manage the schedule aliases, click on "Manage Schedule Aliases" under the "Admin Controls" menu. A limit of 500 schedule aliases can be defined at the same time. These schedule aliases will be available to all users. Just double click an alias in the table to edit it or select Add New Schedule Alias from the toolbar to add a new alias. To delete an alias, select the alias and click on the delete button in the menu or toolbar. The built-in default aliases cannot be deleted.
